Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of system-enabled changes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement and embed process improvement methodologies within the bank, including business process re-engineering, lean six sigma, automation, workflow, and production management.
  • Act as the primary interface with business units for the delivery of process and systems change initiatives.
  • Drive and support an agenda of automation, increasing Straight Through Processing (STP) rates across processes.
  • Conduct diagnostics within the business to identify and prioritize change initiatives and drive their delivery.
  • Serve as the project lead for regulatory change initiatives and oversee the end-to-end implementation.
  • Manage and optimize payment-related processes, including UAE domestic, international, and direct transfer payments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare project trackers, summary, POVs using Microsoft tools.

  • Professional qualifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMP or Prince2
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in banking operations, financial institutions, or consulting firms
  • Extensive knowledge of banking processes and systems improvement techniques
