The key objectives for this role are:

• Developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to align efforts.
• Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ensuring all project activities meet technical standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Tracking project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Providing expertise and problem-solving support for complex engineering challenges.

Expected:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of FEED/ EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED / EPC projects (more than US$ 1 Billion).
