Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead overall planning, execution, and completion of Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Manage multidisciplinary construction activities including civil, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
Monitor and control project schedule, cost, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover activities.
Prepare and present progress reports and project status updates.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
10–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction / EPC projects.
Strong experience in multidisciplinary construction (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation).
Proven experience in project execution and site leadership roles.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to manage large teams and subcontractors effectively.
Capable of handling high-pressure project environments and strict deadlines.
