Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reports to: Business Development Director & Executive Management
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager role aims to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects efficiently and professionally in accordance with the methodologies and standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The role ensures the achievement of organizational objectives, maximizes added value, and guarantees project delivery within the approved scope, defined timelines, and allocated budget, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and governance.
The Project Manager is also responsible for leading project teams, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and the organization s overall strategy, thereby contributing to improved institutional performance and sustainable results.
Leadership & Behavioral Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of accountability and sound decision-making skills.
Ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and handle escalations effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Core Competencies (PMI-Based):
Comprehensive knowledge of project management knowledge areas in accordance with the PMBOK Guide, including:
Scope Management
Schedule Management
Cost Management
Quality Management
Risk Management
Procurement Management
Communications Management
Stakeholder Management
Ability to prepare and manage:
Project Charter
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Project schedules and financial plans
Risk registers and mitigation plans
Experience in project governance and change management.
Strong documentation, reporting, and executive communication skills.
Candidate Profile:
Requirement open for all Bilingual Candidates
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP ) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is mandatory.
Additional PMI certifications such as PMI-ACP or PgMP are considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile or Hybrid Project Management methodologies.
