Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities and operations of the assigned project to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Liaise with the implementation or advisory partner s project managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Oversee the progress of project tasks and workflows, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to address and resolve project-related issues.
• Prepare detailed project status reports, dashboards, and updates for the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Manage all project documentation, including project charters, SOWs, requirement documents, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet approved functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and cutover planning, ensuring all environments and stakeholders are prepared.
• Ensure training programs for end users, super users, and administrators are executed effectively before go-live.
• Support and manage go-live readiness activities, including contingency planning and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology or business-related projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and documentation practices.
• Experience collaborating with functional and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems implementation (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
