Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of project plans and lead project planning sessions.
Coordinate internal resources, teams, and staff.
Lead different project meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Monitor and track project progress against project plan baselines and adapt work as required.
Ensure projects meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Manage communications and coordinate between different internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular status reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review.
Identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation plans where needed.
Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports for executive staff.
Optimize and improve processes where necessary to increase efficiency.
Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
Manage large and diverse teams effectively.
Requirements, technical skills and qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (IT/Management background preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic and/or French is an asset).
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
Big-picture thinking with the ability to focus on strategic outcomes.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
