Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project execution for transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, reporting, and risk assessments to proactively resolve issues
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Support contract negotiation, procurement strategies, and vendor management
- Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and appropriately stored
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Background Engineering Consultancy
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP and transportation infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design and execution in large-scale civil projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and safety standards.
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required
