Supervise execution of hotel construction projects.

• Prepare project construction work time plan.
• Revise and co-ordinate design drawings, license drawings & shop drawings .
• The ability of co-ordination between architectural , structural , , finishing ,& MEP work
• Manage and follow up piling works (bored / driven piles).
• Supervise dewatering systems, shoring systems and groundwater control works.
• Supervise concrete and finishing hotel works.
• Review and provide contractor invoices.
• Responsible of site mobilization.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and project schedule adherence.
• Prepare technical and progress reports.
• Experience in dealing with governmental and regulatory authorities.

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer preferred to be graduated from Cairo university or Ain shams, with a minimum of 7 years in site to join our team, with strong background in hotel construction projects, piling works, dewatering systems, excavation shoring and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
