Roles & Responsibilities
Full lifecycle project management (initiation execution handover)br>
- Developing and monitoring project schedulesbr>
- Managing project budgets and cost controlbr>
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesbr>
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across various functionsbr>
- Coordinating between stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors)br>
- Preparing and issuing project reports (progress, risks, updates)br>
- Ensuring effective stakeholder and client communicationbr>
- Managing large-scale / mega projectsbr>
- Full project lifecycle management experiencebr>
- Experience in PMC / Consultant role (client-side)br>
- Budgeting and cost control experiencebr>
- Experience in large-scale / mega projectsbr>
- Experience with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g., AECOM, Parsons, Dar)br>
- Experience working with major developers (strong advantage)br>
- Strong client-facing presencebr>
- Excellent stakeholder managementbr>
- High level of coordination and leadership abilitybr>
- Ability to manage complex, large-scale projectsbr>
