Job Description

* Lead commercial execution projects as part of PMO portfolio and in accordance with PMB governance

* Lead or support key strategic projects according to stage gate/PMB governance on time and within budget

* Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional engagement throughout projects

* Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities through training, coaching and tool development

* Priority #1 – Lead commercial execution projects as part of PMO portfolio and in accordance with PMB governance etc.

* Priority #2 – Lead or support key strategic projects that deliver measurable business impact according to stage gate/PMB governance with on time, on budget delivery and transparent reporting and change communication.

* Priority #3 – Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and cross‑functional engagement throughout projects.

* Priority #4 – Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities across CO‑RO through training, coaching, and tool development.

Requirements

* 5-8 years experience and proven track record from PMO, corporate strategy, business dev. or similar

* Strong holistic project lead skill set, including scoping, planning, communication and stakeholder management

* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust across functions and cultures

* High degree of influence and credibility without formal authority

* Experience working with African markets is an advantage

* Strong holistic project lead skill set, including scoping, planning, communication and stakeholder management.

* Prior exposure to project management methodologies and PMO governance

* Experience working in or with global organizations and cross‑functional and cross-cultural environments.
