Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Lead the overall execution and delivery of Roads & Infrastructure projects.br>
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera and/or MS Project.br>
Manage and supervise all project functions including Construction, Technical Office, and Qualitybr>
Ensure project milestones and progress are achieved in line with the approved timeline.br>
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.br>
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.br>
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to resolve site challenges.br>
Review project deliverables, executed works, and contractors invoices/interim payments.br>
Prepare periodic progress reports and present project updates to senior management.br>
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).br>

7 15 years of relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.br>
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects.br>
Previous exposure to projects with the New Urban Communities Authority is highly preferred.br>
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.br>
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.br>
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.br>
Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills.br>
Previous experience in coastal projects or new cities developments is considered an advantage./span> br>
