Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
  • Coordinate between development, QA, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and blockers effectively to management and clients.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients or partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification is a plus.
