Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participates in all Project meetings, co-ordinates and drives the plant/country related allocated tasks
  • Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country
  • Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex
  • Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members
  • Plans and co-ordinates the REMAIL_ADDRESS, reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time
  • Monitors & reports on the Ramp up and KPIs (plant related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in the plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives the implementation of corrective actions
  • Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment.
  • Collects and share the Lessons Learned with the Launch team and have reviews on a continuous basis
  • Supports the central team in defining the new/update to the standard

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree of Engineering
  • (5-7) years of Experience as a Project Manager with minimum of 2 years of Experience in Leadership Roles
  • Very Good Command of English Language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High Level of Communication skills and Problem solving
