Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role

  • Manage and support the successful launch of Apple Pay and other wallet enablement for the Clients.
  • Liaise between the Clients various teams and MasterCard implementation and product teams to ensure activities are performed as planned.
  • Ensure the timely readiness on MDES issuing Tokenization (M4M, xPays, etc...), Local wallet TSP tokenization, e-commerce (MPGS) and contactless readiness.
  • Support the go to market activities, liaising between Mastercard products and Marketing, various bank teams and the wallet operators.
  • Review and monitor performance of Clients portfolio to ensure that all business and operational indicators of the bank remain top of class.
  • Provide a weekly and monthly reports on project progress, obstacles, timelines and solutions to move forward reaching the set dates.
  • Market support with all requirements needed by the clients in Digital/e-commerce transformation readiness

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the payment industry in Egypt
  • Ability to understand the different complex technical payment topics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven time management and organization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10+ Years relevant experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**: /strong> English / Arabic is mandatory
