Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, cost analyses, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and overseeing supplier relationships.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering exceptional construction experiences that align with RAQMU s values and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or engineering sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts efficiently.
