Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The breadth of the sectors of activity covered by Roland Berger offers Project Managers the opportunity to discover multiple sectors of activity, in Morocco and internationally, while beginning to specialize sectorally or functionally.
Being a Project Manager at Roland Berger means being a key element of the organization, truly integrated into a project team for which he/she has total responsibility, in conjunction with the Partner(s) of the Competence Center, on whom he/she depends.
The Project Manager's missions are to
- independently lead one or more projects
- manage the customer interface and communication relating to the project(s)
- ensure reporting and Partner interface
- ensure budgetary monitoring of his/her project(s)
- supervise and develop the project team, both externally and internally
- participate in the preparation and conduct of client presentations
- ensure the medium/long-term maintenance of customer relationships
Outside of projects, the Project Manager is also required to:
- contribute to the development of the Competence Center to which he/she is attached (e.g. commercial offers, issue papers, etc.)
- participate in the internal development of the firm (e.g. recruitment, school relations, marketing, etc.)
- support the development of young people through mentoring
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
A graduate of a top-ranked business or engineering school, you have 6 to 9 years of professional experience, necessarily involving significant experience in the consulting sector.
This prior experience has enabled you to acquire skills in business strategy and/or operational performance optimization, and to strengthen your leadership and business acumen.
Fluency in English and French is essential, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
At the Casablanca office, we are primarily looking for people with strong analytical and synthesis skills, combining pragmatism and creativity.
Humility, sociability and adaptability are also human qualities that we particularly value and which constitute real differentiating factors.
