Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring all processes and deliverables are accurately recorded.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
