Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage refrigeration projects from start to finish.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Oversee installation of various refrigeration units

Supervise installation of compressors, condensers, refrigerant piping, valves, and insulation.

Oversee electrical and control system integration, including circuit breakers and digital temperature controllers.

Implement remote monitoring systems.

Monitor site activities, resolve technical challenges, and ensure safe practices.

Conduct testing, commissioning, end-user training, and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP and refrigeration system execution across commercial sectors.

Expertise in small and medium-scale refrigeration systems.

Familiar with electrical components, compressors, and refrigerant circuit design.

Ability to manage project teams and subcontractors on-site.

Strong in budgeting, client communication, and technical troubleshooting.

ERP systems, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/electrical layout tools.
