We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage resources and meet deadlines effectively.
what you will do?
Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
Lead project teams in the successful execution of projects according to predefined goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders and department heads to ensure alignment of project objectives.
Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage the project team, assign tasks, and ensure adequate support for team members.
Monitor resource performance and adjust allocations as necessary.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and within budget limits.
Approve expenditures and manage financial tracking systems to ensure transparency.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failure.
Proactively monitor project risks and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management, clients, and other relevant parties.
Address concerns and resolve any issues raised by stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
what you will need?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project management, preferably in construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
