Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build detailed cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and manage the overall project budget to prevent cost overruns

  • Tracks project progress, manages dependencies, and adjusts schedules to keep project timelines on track.

  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.

  • Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.

  • Supervise day-to-day on-site civil works such as earthworks, foundations, utilities, and structural operations

  • Perform quality inspections and ensure strict adherence to local building codes, national safety protocols, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex projects within the relevant industry.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
