Roles & Responsibilities
AL Ghanim is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega luxury villas development in Dubai. The role requires a strong construction leader capable of managing large-scale residential projects from mobilization through successful handover. Location: Dubai, UAE Project Type: Mega Villas Development Industry: Construction
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle execution including planning, construction, and handover phases.
Manage project budget, schedule, resources, and risk to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
Coordinate with client representatives and senior stakeholders.
Drive project performance, reporting, and progress monitoring.
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with luxury residential standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of construction experience.
Proven experience managing mega villa or large residential developments in UAE/GCC.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority approvals.
PMP certification is an advantage.
