Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of road construction projects in the UAE
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in UAE road construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and regulations
  • Proven experience handling infrastructure/road works projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
