Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field in the construction field is required.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing complex projects with Roads & infrastructure, good experience on water with SCADA and shutdown, stormwater, Etisalat, and road works is mandatory for shortlisting.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage for adaptive project management.
