Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovation projects from end to end

• Set clear objectives, timelines, and performance benchmarks
• Create and implement consistent project management methodologies
• Monitor risk, manage change, and keep projects on time and within scope

Team Management

• Oversee a cross-functional team including developers, designers, and data specialists
• Facilitate team collaboration through regular meetings and clear communication
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared success
• Coordinate shared resources across concurrent projects

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between the Innovation Team and senior leadership
• Partner with the Operations and Mobile Apps teams to ensure effective integration
• Provide transparent reporting on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Gather and incorporate feedback from donors and beneficiaries

Technical Oversight

• Ensure products meet quality standards and align with user experience goals
• Guide the technical implementation of donor-centric digital solutions
• Support system integrations and the development of data-driven applications
• Balance functionality with an exceptional end-user experience

Risk and Change Management

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Oversee change management for scope, timelines, and resources
• Ensure regulatory and data protection compliance
• Facilitate handover of completed projects into operational environments
