Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and progress updates.
- Help manage resources, assign tasks, and track team performance throughout the project.
- Identify potential project challenges and take steps to resolve them.
- Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, and deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- 0 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of project management processes and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Dubai.
