· Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for major developments, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Risk, Quality, and Compliance

· Systematically identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Guarantee full compliance with all UAE building codes, statutory regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

· Lead quality assurance audits and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.

Team Leadership and Development
