Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Manager responsible for planning and executing substation projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, overseeing procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, and ensuring compliance with QHSE and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage substation projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Supervise installation, testing & commissioning activities.
Monitor project schedule, cost, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and safety procedures.
Lead engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project targets.
Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Mandatory experience in Substation Projects.
Experience with DEWA / SEWA / FEWA / TRANSCO / ADNOC preferred.
Strong leadership and project management skills
