Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage façade project teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all facade-related issues.
  • Design & Engineering Coordination: Oversee the facade design process, ensuring it aligns with architectural intent and meets technical performance standards. This includes coordinating with architects, facade consultants, and structural engineers.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Work with procurement teams to source materials and subcontractors, evaluating their capabilities and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule criteria.
  • Construction Oversight: Monitor and supervise on-site installation works to ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and design specifications.
  • Budget & Schedule Control: Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure façade works comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and facilitate effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential technical and construction challenges to mitigate risks and keep the project on track.
