Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business and Technical Knowledge Strong domain expertise in Global Transaction Banking, specifically Cash Management and Trade Finance (Accounts & Deposits, Payments & Payment Gateways, Statements, Import/Export LC, Guarantees, Advising, Collections, etc.). Knowledge of modern banking technologies including APIs, Market Place, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud‑enabled platforms, and Oracle Banking Products (OBDX, OBP, GTB) is an added advantage. Stakeholder and Team Management Manage senior stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery. Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaboratively drive continuity of deliverables across distributed teams. Provide team leadership through mentorship, training, and shadowing activities. Recognize team achievements and foster a culture of high performance. Deliver administrative support including structured meetings, documentation, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting. Ensure resources are effectively coordinated and tasks are completed within project and BAU targets. Test & Delivery Management Lead and deliver testing cycles to meet organizational quality standards and project success criteria. Guide stakeholders in defining test scope, planning, prioritization, and role allocation. Execute test management activities—including planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and RCA. Support preparation of project and annual budgets for test management activities. Conduct periodic capacity planning to ensure system resource availability in line with evolving demand. Ensure strict adherence to project management frameworks, information controls, security guidelines, and change/incident management processes. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Enabling Units, external vendors, and senior leadership. Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery Efficiently manage and optimize the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Translate the Product Owner’s vision and requirements to the delivery team with clarity. Organize, facilitate, and continuously improve scrum ceremonies and agile delivery processes. Coach teams to adopt agile practices and enhance delivery productivity. Partner with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational agile maturity and methodologies. Utilize agile tools to track progress, manage ceremonies, and generate required reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in the banking industry including 7–8 years of experience in team management, project/program delivery, and test management. In‑depth understanding of banking systems; technology experience with Oracle Banking Products, Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is a plus. Strong proficiency in managing diverse teams and driving collaboration across business and technology units. Demonstrated capability in senior stakeholder management and executive-level communication. Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills. Proactive in implementing structured project/program governance frameworks, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement. Ability to plan and re‑plan test stages with stakeholder.
