Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for overall project planning, execution, governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder
coordination for all listed automation initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all initiatives.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders including DHRE teams, DH IT and external vendors.
Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and reporting.
Ensure delivery is aligned with scope, budget, and timelines.
Support solution design, testing, and go-live preparation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge.
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience in a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
