Our portfolio includes globally recognized brands like Costa Coffee, Pret A Manager, Giraffe, and The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, alongside bespoke homegrown concepts like ZOMA.Job Purpose: As Project Manager, you will oversee the design, tender, contractor appointment, and construction delivery of food & beverage/Retail outlets in line with ELR/MMI s ambitious expansion program. Operating across the UAE, you will manage the timely and cost-efficient delivery of projects that support the company s property portfolio growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project timelines and budgets for multiple outlets simultaneously.Define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones in coordination with management and stakeholders.Drive end-to-end project execution, from design approval to site handover.Work closely with architects, designers, and brand teams to ensure layouts reflect operational efficiency and customer experience.Liaise with government and municipal authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals.Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, franchise partners, Landlord representatives and external consultants.Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.Provide clear communication and regular updates to leadership teams on project progress, risks, and solutions.Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and expenditures.Supervise Contractor site teams and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors.Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and records.Ensure successful handover of completed outlets to operations teams and Maintenance Team.Required Qualification and Experience: Minimum 5 years project management experience in F&B/Retail shop fitting within a commercial environment.Strong knowledge of property and project management strategies, methodologies, and processes.Proven ability to manage contracts, external suppliers, and service providers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Strong understanding of F&B layouts, MEP services, kitchen equipment, and fit-out processes.Proven track record of managing multiple outlet projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and/or any other PM system.What we offer:Join a team of experienced professionals who are experts in the industry.
