Project Manager FAHAM DOORS INDUSTRIES CO. L.L.C

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of client projects across Faham Group’s product lines (doors, walls, closets). This role ensures seamless coordination between design, procurement, production, site, and client-facing teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to Faham’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned B2B and high-end residential projects.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks related to scope, time, cost, or quality.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Manage client expectations, ensure clarity of scope, and handle variations or issues proactively.
• Conduct site visits, design clarifications, and client handover meetings as required.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Site teams.
• Ensure timely issuance and approval of shop drawings, BOQs, POs, and site schedules.
• Track inter-departmental dependencies and manage communication flow.

Quality & Delivery Oversight

• Enforce quality control measures during production and on-site installation.
• Monitor fulfilment progress and ensure timely site delivery and installation.
• Resolve on-site issues, NCRs, and client complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation: Gantt charts, status trackers, MOMs, and handover forms.
• Provide weekly project progress updates to the Director of Operations and stakeholders.
• Ensure project closeout documentation is completed and archived systematically.
