Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of villa construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays proactively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement and logistics for materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Oversee project handover, snag lists, and final completion documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in UAE/GCC construction project management, with at least 3–5 years handling villa or residential commxunity projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple villa projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, MEP coordination, finishing, and landscaping.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes.
