Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager in our Dubai-based digital media company, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects are organized, on track, and delivered efficiently. You will be responsible for setting up and managing systems to organize timelines, deadlines, client expectations, and internal resources. The ideal Project Manager will collaborate closely with creative, production, and client-facing teams to ensure clear communication and the timely execution of all project milestones.
Responsibilities:

Project Organization & Coordination: As a Project Manager in Dubai, you will set up and manage an organized system to track project timelines, deadlines, and client deliverables. Ensure every project is assigned the right resources and is clearly mapped out from start to finish.

Timeline & Deadline Management: Ensuring that all projects are completed on time is one of your primary responsibilities. As Project Manager Dubai, you will create and manage realistic timelines, track progress, and adjust schedules to prevent overlapping or missed deadlines.

Team Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for your team, facilitating communication between departments such as creative, production, and social media to ensure a smooth workflow.

Client Liaison: As the Project Manager, you will work closely with clients to gather project requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates on progress. Ensuring client feedback is communicated effectively to internal teams will be vital.

Workflow Optimization: Implement strategies and tools to improve team efficiency. As a Project Manager, your goal is to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce inefficiencies by developing systems that enhance project management from initiation to completion.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide status updates and performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Quality Control: Before submission, ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards by reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client needs.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine internal processes to ensure that the team operates efficiently, identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or digital media agency environment.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met without overlap or confusion.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams and clients.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana , Trello , Monday.com , or similar) and familiarity with creative production processes.
Problem-solving mindset, capable of resolving conflicts and issues quickly.
Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation for projects.
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
