Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage quality control and compliance with Dubai municipality standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and chair project meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in interior fit-out / construction project management in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, permits, and approval processes.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
