Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Foster strong client relationships and address stakeholder concerns proactively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Business, Construction Management].
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in [specific industry, e.g., infrastructure, IT, real estate].
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Agile, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
