Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Resolve project roadblocks, conflicts, and resource constraints proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a collaborative environment, motivating teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Business, IT, or Construction Management].
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in [industry, e.g., IT, construction, or consulting].
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
