A Project Manager (Landscaping Projects) with at least 12 years of experience is needed to join PTWL's team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution, procurement and administration of all aspects of Landscape Projects
• Developing action or work plans, materials purchase request, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating landscape projects from the beginning to the completion of projects in collaboration with the operations team.
• Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with work schedule and within the timelines and cost constraints.
• Overseeing Field personnel, managing subcontractors.
• Analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly.
• Negotiate price and terms with customers, strong customer relation and communication.
• Supervise and lead all projects processes and operations.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for projects.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
• Create and implement procedures for project team.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
