Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the project correspondence to the client / Consultant / Main contractor.

  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation

  • Monitor and manage project progress and timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stake holders

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards

  • Confirm project quality and accuracy by conducting inspections and reviews

  • Manage project changes and ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner

  • Prepare and present project status reports to management

  • Track and report project costs and financial performance

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency



Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 10+ years of experience in construction project management

  • Proven track record of successful project completion

  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficient in project management software
