Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of fire door, wooden door, and metal door projects from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.


  • Manage project schedules and timelines.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and site teams.

  • Supervise door fabrication and installation.

  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Prepare project reports and documentation.

  • Control project costs and material usage.


Responsibilities:
