Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the development and testing of RPA solutions.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of RPA projects.
Monitor project performance and identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA project management.
Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding and using JIRA tool.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
