Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management

Guarantee the successful completion of required achievements and system-based project closure

Manage escalations and deal with management and executives to resolve issues

Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo

Ability to communicate clearly and handle more than one project simultaneously
