Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
leading, planning, and executing electrical substation projects from initiation to completion.
- ensures that all project activities including engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project progress and resolve technical or contractual issues.
- The role also involves monitoring project risks, preparing progress reports, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards such as IEC, IEEE, and client specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering
- PMP certification is preferred (or working toward it)
- Proven experience in electrical substation EPC projects (HV/MV)
- Direct experience with AIS/GIS substations is a must
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors
