Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all new company projects and plant expansions.
Oversee procurement and installation of new production line equipment.
Review and evaluate technical and commercial offers from suppliers/contractors.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and prepare detailed reports.
Manage and evaluate CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to secure successful completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Procurement).
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Report project progress and challenges to top management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering with PMP or any plus certifications or courses .
Proven experience in project management within manufacturing/industrial sector (glass industry experience is a strong plus).
Strong technical background in production equipment and facilities.
Excellent knowledge of CAPEX evaluation and feasibility study methods.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
