Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Define and control project scope
* Build and lead cross-functional project teams
* Align project objectives with business priorities
* Develop and manage project plans across all key phases:
- Product design & R&D
- Activation tools
- Industrialization
- Launch stock & ramp-up
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
* Maintain stakeholder communication and alignment
* Manage complete project documentation
* Oversee multiple manufacturing-related projects simultaneously
Performance Indicators:
* Timely project delivery
* Staying within budget
* Compliance with quality standards
* Full operational readiness for launch
PM vs. PjM What s the Difference?
Project Managers (PjMs) lead execution, coordination, and delivery.
Product Managers (PMs) define the product vision, specs, and business plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of product development and industrial processes
- Experience with Stage Gate methodology
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Project, Gantt charts, Excel, and PLM tools
