Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization, optimizing team performance and project efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices in project management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering from rebuttable university .
- Minimum 12 years of experience in projects and site work, with Real estate experience and residential in a must.
- Minimum of 4 year of proven experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
