Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Desired Candidate Profile
min 7 years of proven experience in project management within the interior design, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement effective action plans.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline).
- Owning a Car is a must
