Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Oversee project performance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and cost parameters
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and costs using structured methodologies
• Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and systems
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across project phases
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues proactively
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams
• Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management where required

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and city development projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through to delivery ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, and the ability to operate within complex government and semi-government environments. You will play a critical role in driving project performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
