Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead, supervise, and manage the Riyadh Bank project, ensuring that all construction, quality, safety, and contractual obligations are fulfilled in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-Act as the primary point of communication with Riyadh Bank representatives. 2-Oversee design compliance, construction supervision, project planning, and progress monitoring. 3-Chair weekly coordination and technical meetings with contractors and stakeholders. 4-Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements, and technical submittals. 5-Monitor project schedule, risks, and milestones. 6-Ensure compliance with SBC codes and bank facility standards. 7-Issue instructions, NCRs, and ensure corrective actions. 8-Review invoices, claims, and variation submissions. 9-Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture; PMP preferred. 12+ years of experience in major building projects.
