Roles & Responsibilities

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong knowledge of EPC project execution methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge of HV/EHV substations, renewable energy, water, and infrastructure works
  • Contract & Commercial Management (FIDIC, EPC contracts, claims handling)
  • Quality Assurance & HSE Management (ISO standards, safety protocols)
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Cost Control & Cash Flow Monitoring
  • Stakeholder Management (clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors)
  • Clear and Concise Reporting (progress reports, presentations)
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
  • Delegation and Task Prioritization
